"Black women are programmed to define ourselves within this male attention and to compete with each other for it rather than to recognize and move upon our common interests."
I honestly don't know what Id do without my support system… Family and friends who love you despite your flaw and support your dream even when they can't see the vision. The only thing better than than that is meeting friends who see the vision, share it, and help you to see it grow...
Luckily, Ive been blessed with both!
This weekend we celebrated my good friend and fellow vintage collector T'Keyah of Canada Chic Vintage We celebrated life love and fashion revolving and evolving over the city at the famous Sundial Restaurant (if you follow my IG than you got a sneak peek) and filandering downtown lol . We did manage to snap a few pics before the nigh began so here's what we wore… Both looks majority thrifted!
So how'd we do?
Check T'keyah's IG @CanadaChicVintage for more of the other ladies looks!
Keep up with my antics!
